Financial management
Management of the half-yearly or annual management account, i.e. accounting services and movements on the capital account, including in particular:
a) Operating account
b) Heating and hot water bills and other ancillary costs
c) Payment of mortgage, bank or unsecured interest
d) Payment of taxes and duties
Rental management
The actual management, i.e.:
a) Drafting and storage of rental agreements and any addenda
b) Monitoring their execution
c) Processing of ordinary or early terminations
d) Formalities when tenants move in (including the usual information) and move out
e) Organisation of advertising – usualsteps for re-letting
Technical management
a) Complete management of the concierge service
b) Condition reports when tenants move in and out
c) Ongoing maintenance and repairs, including regular inspection of buildings and inventories of work to be carried out
d) Operation and monitoring of technical equipment (lifts, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, laundry room, etc.)
e) Complete management of apartment renovations
